Bitcoin's fundamentals have turned bullish, setting a favorable stage for breaking past its all-time high.
Capital inflows into the network are accelerating.
Total flow and speculative flow have both bottomed out, and when these align, they create a bullish environment based on fundamentals.
Our risk model is now trending lower, indicating that market liquidity has recovered.
In this environment, downside pullbacks will be contained.
Strategically, our mid-term targets of $90,000 and $93,000 have been surpassed.
The target of $108,000 remains valid, with a new mid-term target of $103,000 emerging.
...However, in the short term, the on-chain VWAP (Volume Weighted Average Price) has reached +3 standard deviations, indicating that the momentum for a sustained breakout is hard to maintain due to overextension.
The current trend is consolidation, or in the most bullish scenario, a slow upward grind.
